Abigail L. Ramsden
Abby Ramsden has been practicing law in San Francisco since 2005, first at Bingham McCutchen and then at Holland & Knight. She focuses on land use and natural resources permitting and compliance, and has managed mitigation transactions involving land conservation and resource recovery. Her interest in conservation law began when she worked at the Peninsula Open Space trust as a development associate, and continued during law school, where she served as Editor of The Back Forty, a journal of land conservation law.
Abby graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and has an undergraduate degree in English from Williams College. Abby is a devoted outdoorswoman, and frequently escapes the city to hike, ski, fish, camp, and run through the wilderness. She is a singer and serves as a board member for a local women's chorus, Musae, and volunteers as a teacher at 826 Valencia.
